Besides RV sites, folks can choose from an assortment of on-site accommodations to rent for a couple of weeks, a season, or the year. We offer furnished one-bedroom park model, cottage, and apartment unit rentals at an affordable rate, along with access to all amenities and activities happening every day at Llano Grande Resort. A 2-month minimum stay is required on reservations made between 3/1/24-9/1/24.
Reservations made from 9/1/24-04/01/25 do not require a minimum stay.
Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.

Monthly rates include: Park amenities, premium cable TV, high-speed internet, water, trash service. Electric is Metered.
Daily & weekly rates include: all mentioned above plus electric.

Short Rental unit stay less than 28 days will be taxed 13%.

7% for Hotel Tax, and 6% lodging Tax. Long term stays are exempt.

Rates are based on two people per site. $3 per day for each additional person over the age of 12.

Pet Friendly units upon availability. $5 per day for each pet, 25 lbs or less, Maximum 2 pets.

No smoking allowed in any rental unit.

A $700 Damage Deposit will be taken at time of check-in.
