Llano Grande Resort Reservation Policies

RV Sites

Deposits/Cancellations & Refunds
  • All reservations require a $250.00 deposit (or total balance if less than $250) at the time of reservation.
  • Full balance due at check-in by check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
  • Deposits will be refunded less $25.00 upon written notification if the original reservation was made before October 15th and the refund request received prior to October 15th.
  • Deposits for reservations made and/or canceled after October 15 will not be refunded unless it is a death or illness of a family member (parent, sibling, child, grandchild). Proof of either must accompany the refund request.
  • A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply to all deposit refunds.
  • Refunds will not be given due to weather issues.
  • Refunds will be issued only if the space was rented for the original length of time and proper documentation is received.
Changing Reservation Dates
  • If you need to change the dates of your reservation (either before your arrival or at check-in), the reservation must remain for the same amount of time that you initially reserved.
  • No refunds or allowances for late arrivals (including weather issues).
Changing Sites
  • Once you have arrived and checked in, there is a $25.00 transfer fee to change sites.
  • For reservations of one month or less, management reserves the right to change site assignments prior to arrival to accommodate the effective use of lot spaces.
Extending Your Stay
  • If you would like to extend your stay, we will be happy to accommodate you, if possible.
  • Extensions will be made on an availability basis and may result in having to move to another site (no transfer fee will be charged in this case).
  • Extensions must be paid for when making the extended reservation.
Leaving Early
  • There will be no refunds issued if you leave early. Consideration will be given to medical emergencies or the death of an immediate family member (parent, sibling, child, grandchild). If a request for a refund is made under these circumstances, a refund will only be considered if the space can be rented. Documentation from the attending physician or, in case of death, a copy of the death certificate will be required.
Renting on an Annual Basis
  • If a second party requests to rent any lot on an annual basis, the current resident will have the option of renting annually or selecting another site.
North Sites

North reservations are available as follows:

  • Reservations made prior to June 1st must be 3 months or longer.
  • 2 month or longer reservations accepted after June 1st.
  • 1 month or longer reservations accepted after September 1.
  • Reservations made after November 1st have no minimum reservation.

Sites in the North are for rent, annual lease, and FOR SALE. No sales to a third party will occur if a site is leased on an annual basis. (THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.)

East/West Sites

West/East reservations are available as follows:

  • Reservations made prior to June 1st must be 2 months or longer.
  • 1 month or longer reservations accepted after June 1st.
  • Reservations made after September 1st have no minimum reservation.
Pet Policy:

The following dog breeds are not allowed in the park: Rottweiler, Doberman, Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow-Chow, Wolf/Wolf Hybrids, or mixes. No vicious dog, no matter the breed, is allowed.

 

Park Model, Cottage, and Apartment Unit Rentals

Deposits/Payments
  • All reservations require a $500 deposit (or full balance if less than $500) at time of reservation.
  • Remaining balance due in full at time of check-in (Payable by cash, check, VS, MC, or DC).
Cancellations & Refunds
  • In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded, less cancellation fee, only if request is received in writing either via email or written letter on or before August 1st.
  • A $29 cancellation fee will apply to all deposit refunds.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations and reservations received after August 1st.
  • Consideration will be given to cancellation requests after August 1st if for a medical circumstance or death in the immediate family, and the proper documentation is received. Management will then determine if a refund will be granted.
Changing Reservation Dates
  • Reservation dates can be adjusted no later than August 1st. Please note, the reservation length must remain within the minimum booking requirements.
Arriving Late/Leaving Early
  • No refunds or allowances will be given for late arrivals (including weather issues).
  • No refunds or allowances will be given for early departures.
  • Consideration will be given for medical circumstances or death in the immediate family, and the proper documentation is received. Management will then determine if a refund or allowance will be granted.
Changing Sites
  • Sites can only be changed if switching to another site similar or more in cost.
  • If you choose to move to a lesser costing site, there will be no refunds given on the monies paid to the initial site.
  • A $25 transfer fee will apply to all site changes made after checking in.
  • For reservations one month or less, management reserved the right to change site assignments prior to arrival to accommodate effective use of lot spaces.
Extending Your Reservation
  • If you would like to extend your stay, we will be happy to accommodate you, if possible. Extensions will be made on an availability basis and may result in having to move to another site (No transfer fee will be charges in this case).
  • Extensions must be paid for at the time of making the extended reservation.
