Golf Course Rules

Golf Facility Use, Golf Cart Rental & Liability Agreement

Applies to all members, guests, public golfers, tournament participants, and anyone using the golf course, golf carts, driving range, or practice facilities.

General Rules

Treat staff, guests, and Club property with respect.
Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
Management may refuse service or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive.

Golf Course Rules

Check in at the Pro Shop before play.
Do not enter the course when closed.
Do not play while irrigation systems are operating.
Maintenance crews always have the right-of-way.
Follow all “Cart Path Only” restrictions.
Maintain proper pace of play and care for the course.

Golf Cart Rules

Only licensed drivers may operate golf carts.
Golf carts are for use only on designated Llano Grande Golf Course property.
Golf carts shall NOT be taken off Club property unless expressly authorized by Management.
Golf carts may not be driven on public roads, neighboring properties, or outside designated golf areas.
Operate carts safely. Reckless driving, speeding, racing, drifting, or horseplay is prohibited.
Do not drive on greens, tee boxes, bunkers, ponds, or restricted areas.
Return carts by the assigned return time.
You are financially responsible for damage, theft, loss, or recovery costs resulting from unauthorized removal or misuse.
Unauthorized removal may result in loss of privileges, removal from the property, assessment of damages and recovery costs, and referral to law enforcement when appropriate.

Driving Range Rules

Range balls remain the property of Llano Grande Resort & Golf Club.
Purchased range balls may only be used on the designated driving range.
Range balls may not be taken onto the course or removed from Club property.
Collecting range balls for reuse is prohibited.
Entering the range to retrieve balls is prohibited.
Return baskets to the Pro Shop or designated return area after use.

Alcohol & Property Care

No outside alcoholic beverages.
Glass containers are prohibited.
Return carts clean. Excessive trash, beer cans, bottles, food containers, tobacco products, mud, or spills may result in a cleaning fee.
You are responsible for damage to carts and all Club property.

Assumption of Risk, Release & Indemnification

I voluntarily assume the inherent risks of golf and golf cart use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Llano Grande Resort & Golf Club, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from my use of the facilities, except to the extent caused by the Club's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Authorization to Charge

I authorize Llano Grande Resort & Golf Club to charge my account or payment method on file for authorized charges resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, lost keys or baskets, late cart returns, unauthorized cart removal, or other costs arising under this Agreement.

Acknowledgment

By selecting “I Agree” and completing this reservation, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Llano Grande Resort & Golf Club Golf Facility Use, Golf Cart Rental & Liability Agreement. I understand that my electronic acceptance constitutes my legal signature and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and, if operating a golf cart, possess a valid driver's license.
